Spring Venture Group is a high growth national insurance broker located in Leawood, KS. We've grown from 5 to 45 associates (and stil growing) in just 2 years! We're a well funded company with both priviate equity and outside capital investors. At Spring Venture Group, we take pride in developing both new and existing sales talent. We're willing to make significant investment in our new hires to develop them into world class sales advisors.

The Promoting Employment Across Kansas (PEAK) Program grants tax incentives to Kansas businesses that plan for rapid job growth in the state. The company plans to add 150 new jobs in the next few years. "
